How does the 60-day pass work?: Once you activate your license key, your listing is live on The Dog Vault for 60 days. After that it expires automatically. You can renew anytime by buying another pass — no subscription, no card on file.
What's the difference between the three options?: Single seller ($19 / 60 days) lets you list up to 5 dogs — green dogs, started dogs, trained dogs, individual prospects. Litter listing ($29 / 60 days) gives you a branded kennel page with full litter details and individual puppy cards. Produced dogs gallery ($49 one-time) is a permanent add-on to your page that showcases dogs you've produced — never expires.
How many photos and videos can I upload?: Up to 10 photos and 1 video per dog on a Single seller (up to 5 dogs), and up to 10 photos and 2 videos per puppy on a Litter listing. We recommend high-quality, well-lit photos and short video clips that show movement and temperament.
Do I need an account to buy a pass?: No. Buy through Payhip and you'll receive a license key by email. Paste it into the activate page along with the email you bought with, and you're in.
How do buyers contact me?: Every listing has a built-in inquiry form. Buyer messages are emailed to you directly — no phone numbers or addresses are shown publicly.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?: Yes. Sign in to your seller dashboard anytime during the 60-day window to update photos, videos, pricing, descriptions, or puppy status.
What happens when my pass expires?: Your listing is removed from public view, but your content is preserved. Renew with a new pass and it goes live again in seconds — no need to rebuild it.
Do you take a commission on sales?: Never. You pay one flat price for the pass, and 100% of every sale goes directly to you. We're a listing platform, not a marketplace middleman.
Can I get a refund?: Because licenses are delivered instantly and activate a live listing, all sales are final. If something goes wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
